Zachary joins the Di Cara | Rubino team with over 17 years of commercial construction experience in both the public and private sectors as a Project Manager and a Project Superintendent. Having managed projects from $100,000 to $100M he brings a wide breadth of knowledge to any project from concept to completion. His strong eye for detail ensures that any project’s Quality Assurance will be at the highest level. Zachary also acts as the main point of contact for each assigned project and liaises with in-house staff and consultants in the review of contract documents, submittals, RFI’s, payment requisitions, and vetting of any potential change orders.

Zachary regularly visits job sites and coordinates Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings to verify that the project is in compliance with the construction documents, as well as code and zoning regulations. Zachary’s construction experience and strong communication skills offer a unique advantage in the quick resolution of any site-specific issues and the ability to address them with contractors, consultants, and ownership. From pre-bid to closeout, Zachary works to maximize any project’s success and pace, while ensuring that building actualization meets the design intent.

Zachary resides in Saddle River, NJ. He originally grew up in Arkansas and is a die-hard Razorback fan and retired concert cellist. He spends his free time enjoying family, playing golf, taking photographs, raising chickens and restoring his 1960 VW bus.
