Red Bank Regional High School - Addition & Renovations
Little Silver, NJ
In 2018, it was decided through a referendum that the Red Bank Regional High School was in need of expansion and renovations to accommodate the growing student body and to accommodate the specialty programs that the school offered. Di Cara | Rubino Architects was chosen to provide professional architectural services for multiple facets of this expansive project.
Renovations to the high school included a total roof replacement, and an addition to the school’s footprint which included building 10 new classrooms to accomodate increasing enrollment. Work also included transforming the media center into a new “learning commons” capable of supporting programs aligned with 21st century needs. The high school sports facilities were also in need of replacement and improvements. The project included replacing the grass football field with a new artificial turf field and other stadium improvements, which included the construction of a new concession stand with restrooms. |
