Town Motors Porsche of Englewood, New Jersey hired Di Cara | Rubino Architects to design extensive renovations to its existing service area, parts department, waiting room, and showroom. The renovated showroom reflects the company’s corporate image and is a space that is luxurious, prestigious, and technologically advanced.
The 46,000 sf design/build project was completed in phases. Phase I first created a new wash bay area, locker rooms, lunchroom, and new service bays. The project then moved to Phase II which created new parts storage, a new waiting area, and included the renovation of existing service bays. Phase III design and construction included new service write-up areas and the project was completed with Phase IV which included the new Porsche showroom and exterior elevations. |
