IBEW, Local Union No. 164 - New Training Facility

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 164, was in need of expanding their electrical training facility located on West Century Road in Paramus. Di Cara | Rubino Architects was hired to provide professional architectural services for the addition of a new 3,600 square foot, two-story wing to this existing building which would function as a training facility.
The project included four welding stations, a toilet facility, mezzanine with roof access, and travel hoist. Also included in the space was a 10’ x 15’ x 10’ vault for contained space training. The roof also included a solar (photovoltaic) system for training purposes. |
