Rodney possesses over 25 years of design experience in a wide variety of building types including educational facilities, churches, libraries, and commercial office buildings. 

For Di Cara | Rubino Architects, Rodney has been at the helm on some of our most significant architectural endeavors, as well as many small-scale projects. From his work on numerous Long Range Facility Plans, pre-referendum design, and construction projects, he has acquired an in-depth understanding academic facility design and construction. Rodney’s outstanding client relationship and communications skills have earned the firm repeat business with many New Jersey school districts.

Rodney’s keen listening skills and understanding enable him to develop conceptual ideas focused on the clients’ needs. He is skilled at helping clients visualize their project during the conceptual phase of planning by presenting unique yet practical design ideas and an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and practices.

Outside of the office, Rodney can be found spending time with his two children. He considers himself a "master chef" in the kitchen (although no one in the office has tried his cooking yet!). He's an avid follower of sports and a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
