Mr. Greco is a construction professional with over 40 years of experience. He brings a unique perspective to the firm, having owned his own general contracting business at one time. Mr. Greco is able to see projects with “two sets of eyes” – one set on behalf of the client, and the other set from a construction viewpoint.

Mr. Greco brings a great deal of business acumen to his position, as well as a superior eye for detail. He represents the firm at pre-bid meetings, project meetings, and project closeout and maintains all contract and construction documents on behalf of the firm and our clients. During the course of a project, he is responsible for examining all documents submitted by contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with the specifications. He regularly visits our job sites to verify that the project is in compliance with the construction documents, as well as code and zoning regulations.

Because the success of a project is often measured by the last stage of the project—construction, Mr. Greco’s role is especially important to the firm’s reputation.
