Senior Job Captain / Construction Administrator
Peter, a Staff Architect with over 20 years of varied experience, serves as a Job Captain for many of the firm’s projects. He is extremely detail-oriented and coordinates construction documents with our outside mechanical, civil, and structural consultants. He combines solid design capabilities, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to produce complete and coordinated sets of contract documents on schedule with a high level of quality. In addition to his extensive educational design experience, Peter oversees the development of construction documents for most of our commercial and retail projects.
Peter also completes much of the firm’s field work, from site visits to confirm existing conditions, to field measuring, to photographic documentation. He follows projects through to completion, also assisting with construction administration duties such as site visits and development of punch lists.
