Eric Ayers
Senior Project Designer / Construction Administrator
Eric Ayers has over 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management. He’s a highly effective team leader and deft problem solver who works effectively with cross-functional teams. His expertise covers a multitude of industries and project types, including luxury condominiums, K-12 schools and higher education, residential design, mixed-use, and other commercial projects.
Since joining Di Cara | Rubino Architects in 2013, Eric has been tasked with taking concepts from inception to delivery while effectively managing team resources. He has become a valuable part of our design and production team, assuming tasks including design and production, finish selections, coordination, client/consultant meetings, project management, and basic construction administration. Eric also completes a good portion of the firm’s field work, from site visits to confirm existing conditions, to field measuring, to photographic documentation.
As Construction Administrator, Eric represents the firm at pre-bid meetings, project meetings, and project closeout and maintains all contract and construction documents on behalf of our clients. During the course of a project, he is responsible for examining all documents submitted by contractors to ensure accuracy and compliance with the specifications. He regularly visits our job sites to verify that the project is in compliance with the construction documents, as well as code and zoning regulations.
A current resident of Wayne, NJ, Eric grew up in New Hampshire and has lived throughout the northeast. He’s an avid football fan and enjoys playing sports on weekends and engaging in other outdoor activities.
