Allison is one of Di Cara | Rubino Architects’ Principals dedicated to educational facilities.
​
Since joining Di Cara | Rubino Architects in 2009 as a Staff Architect, Allison has utilized her in-depth knowledge of complex design methodologies and outstanding client relationship building skills to advance her career first to the role of Project Manager, and then to Principal. She is extremely detail-oriented and seamlessly coordinates design concepts and drawings with our project teams and outside consultants, as well as with our interiors department. Her enthusiasm, client-focused approach, industry experience, and ability to see the big picture are invaluable assets to the firm.
 
In her spare time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, as well as her beautiful Weimaraner.
