Allen possesses over 25 years of experience in the design and project management of a wide variety of building types including educational facilities, recreational facilities, government, and commercial office buildings.  His background makes him well-suited to oversee projects of any size and scope from conception to completion.
 
As Principal, Allen works collaboratively with our clients to program their projects to meet, if not exceed, their expectations.  He leads a team of designers to then develop accurate plans and precise construction documents. Allen coordinates the entire project, including outside sub-consultants, and acts as the single point of contact for a client. He excels at maintaining professional and honest client rapport, ultimately leading to long-lasting business relationships.
 
In his spare time, Allen enjoys staying active with his family and friends while pursuing various hobbies, including golf, surfing, snowboarding, and coaching youth lacrosse.
