Mr. Abreus is a construction professional with over 40 years of construction administration experience. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise with a background in education, municipal, and healthcare projects. As a member of the construction administration team, he is responsible for managing the construction phase of projects from notice to proceed through project close-out. He is the liaison to the client during this phase and reviews submittals, shop drawings, change orders, requisitions and schedules, as well as issues with the design. Alberto has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills which strengthens the teams for which he works.

Alberto resides in Maywood, NJ. In the not-too-distant past, he enjoyed refereeing high level men's amateur soccer, which he did for over 23 years. He still follows soccer closely and thoroughly enjoyed the World Cup Final.
